Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
- If the product has been used, the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must also be returned.
- Mumerz has the right to determine if the item is to be repaired, returned to the customer, or refunded.
Beauty and Health
- Hair, personal care, and vitamin-dietary supplements products are not eligible for return.
- Beauty (Cosmetics, Skin Care, etc.), and Health products that are opened or used will not be returned.
- Apparel such as underwear, swimwear, and socks are not eligible for return.
- Apparel products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, or undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, and in original packaging..
- Products eligible for return can be returned only if the product is not used and is in the original packaging.
Toys & Games
- Dressing-up costumes are non-returnable.
- Toys and Games that are used, activated, or missing parts will not be accepted for return.
- Hygiene-related products, feeding and training accessories, diapers, and accessories, and bath care products are not eligible for return.
- Baby products eligible for return must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
- Books that are eligible for return will only be accepted if unused, not torn, or damaged, and in their original condition.
General conditions applicable to all returns
- Mumerz.com reserves the right to decline any item(s) that do not meet the guidelines or conditions about returns. The customer shall not be entitled to a refund for the Rejected Item(s).
- Refund is only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects.
- To be eligible for a return due to Manufacturing defects, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Items on sale or promotion can only be exchanged if in original condition and not refunded.
- Gifts by Mumerz are not eligible for any replacement or return.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Refunds will be only accepted if you have notified us within 14 days by contacting our customer care support from the day you received your purchase.
Refunds (if applicable):
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable):
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You can contact our customer care team if you need to exchange it for the same item.
